Parking & Policies

Parking- Plenty of free parking available in the lot in front of the building at 210 Waterfront Drive. Don’t let the numbered spots confuse you, all spots are for customers. 

Cancellations- I do my best to send you a courtesy email or text confirming your appointment 24-48 hours in advance. If you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment, 24 hours notice is much appreciated.

Payment- I accept cash or credit cards, NO DEBIT (sorry for any inconvenience).

Late arrivals– I schedule my appointments in a manner that allows time to be ready for your arrival without waiting. Please contact me if you are running late and I will do my best to accommodate.

Product Returns– Typically a skin reaction will occur within the first few days of introducing a new products to your skin. Please contact me immediately if this happens or the packaging is faulty. No problem to exchange or extend a full refund. No refunds on Envy Pillows.
